Customer Support

In order to provide support on a timely basis, we encourage our customers to sign up for one of our many support contract options once their original warranty or support agreements expire.

For customers without a valid support contract, support is offered on an ad-hoc basis at ICS’s prevailing rates.

Support requests must always be initiated by a phone call. Please do not request support via text message or email as we do not monitor these platforms on an ongoing basis.

You must also have a valid credit card handy in order to receive support. Your card will be billed the minimum incident support fee and further charges may accrue if the length of the support call goes over the minimum incident time allotment. For SOS On-Demand remote support, please click on this link, save the support app to a folder in your PC, double-click on the file that you just saved and follow the instructions as shown on your  screen. After the app displays the 9-digit access code on your screen, call us at 613-231-7882 to start a remote support session.
